I have been using this machine for a week now and I have not seen any changes at all. I must agree that it is poorly made the red metal part is already scratched from the circular motion, I am a small woman and I only want to get toned. I think I will go back to my regular workout routine and return this item even though I will be loosing a lot of money. I also would like to let everyone know do not get the calorie/time monitor as it is also cheaply made and it constantly falls off the stand and gives incorrect readings.

Response to Karen,

Have you tried putting a knee brace on or wrapping your knees with an ace bandage then wearing sweat pants over it? Maybe that will help some. Best Luck

Cheap and Flimsy--plus a classic bait and switch. Believe me, the product they show you on TV is NOT the product you get at the advertised price. The material is like a handi-wipe; almost paper, similar to the new green grocery bags. The bottom is this flimsy material and also the dividers, which are NOT attached. I sent it back somewhat enraged...Lost $18 in shipping charges--but I wanted to express my disgust with this product. Now, supposedly there is another more rigid version for more money....but that is not how it is advertised. Good idea, if they sent what they show you on TV it could be an okay product; I'm not okay with getting a cheap imitation! SAVE your money....a garbage bag would be as effective!

I feel it does work well and you do have to work out for more then 3 min. I will do ten min. and then rest for a while, and the only reason why I rest is that my KNEES are KILLING ME!!!! they are getting SO VERY RAW I can feel the bolt under the rubber knee holder and you really can not put anything on top of the pad where your knees go, as your knees will slip out while you are exercising. And for the $$$ that you spend, it has been made poorly. And there is no work out video... it is just a video that shows you how to use it, it's over in 3 min. They really have to do some thing about the knee pads, for that price of way way OVER $200 dollars. I feel we have been taken. I love the work out but I can't stand the PAIN AND RAWNESS OF MY KNEES. Does anyone have any ideas on what to do about the pads???? other then complain to the company...

I purchased a Big City Slider, excited to make my very own "White Castles" at home. I was immediately disappointed. What we thought was going to be a small cast iron pan, turned out to be a cheap aluminum pan, easily dented and 'cracks' if gotten wet while warm. The pan is also not dishwasher safe. Next came actually using the pan. We followed the instructions explicity. Using ground turkey, with very minimal fat, we had 'flare ups' on our stove from the slider pan as it cooked the burgers. After 3 minutes, as instructions recommended, the burgers were still raw in the middle, the top not cooking either. Leaving it on a bit longer (3 additional minutes)we found the bottom of the burgers deliciously BLACK the tops, slightly brown, still red in the center. This was using 1 level provided scoop per cup as the instructions called for. I tried again, using less than a scoop this time, with the same results. Black bottoms, raw centers, and flare ups on the stove from the burgers. After the second attemoted, the pan was immediately washed. Non-stick does not tryly describe this. after soaking and scrubbing for a while, it actually came clean, was repackaged and returned to the store where they were not at all suprised to see it's return. Apparently all they sell of this item keeps coming back! Hmmm, wonder why.
